Capturing the Urban Fabric
We created an ortho-photo plan of the street’s facades, forming the basis for a 2D street elevation. This allowed for a clear representation of the existing architecture. Our deliverables included:
A Model for Light & Space
Beyond 2D documentation, we built a 3D model in Revit, covering two blocks with 5 cm accuracy. By focusing on roof geometries and volumetry, we enabled precise sunlight and spatial impact studies for the proposed extension.
From Reality to Digital
Using terrestrial scans and drone photogrammetry, we generated a point cloud, ensuring maximum accuracy in both 2D and 3D outputs.
By combining high-precision scanning, photogrammetry, and 3D modeling, we provided the homeowner and stakeholders with a comprehensive visual and technical assessment. Our work didn’t just produce drawings—it delivered clarity, ensuring that urban transformation is guided by data, respect for context, and a vision for livable, well-integrated spaces.
As Jan Gehl once said:
“A good city is like a good party – people stay longer than really necessary because they are enjoying themselves.”
Through informed design, we help shape cities where people want to live, work, and linger.
