We are looking for an Account Manager with specific experience in B2B sales, responsible for developing and growing commercial relationships in the construction, real estate, and technology sectors, by promoting Autodesk Construction Cloud, Digital Twin, 3D Scanning, and BIM Modeling solutions.


Required Experience:

  • Proven 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management within sectors like construction, real estate, enterprise software, or proptech.
  • Direct experience working with clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) market.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as BIM, construction cloud solutions, and Digital Twin.
  • Strong background in consultative selling, contract negotiation, and managing an active client portfolio.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, including experience leading calls and direct meetings with decision-makers.
  • Autonomy in setting and tracking commercial goals.
  • Results-driven mindset and proactive approach to spotting growth opportunities.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with a valid Category B driver’s license.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for three key milestones:

  • First 3 months: Build your personalized sales plan with the team, aligned with Graphein’s objectives, aiming for a 20% growth in your first 3 accounts or onboarding 6 new accounts.
  • First 6 months: Expand methodology to ensure 80% of your accounts increase in value by 20%.
  • First 12 months: Open at least 2 new markets (national or international), with a minimum of 1 signed project in each, and maintain client satisfaction above 90% (measured via NPS feedback or testimonials).

In addition to those goals, here are your clear and measurable responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Graphein’s digital solutions (ACC, Digital Twin, 3D scanning, BIM, GIS, etc.) to clients in construction, real estate, and infrastructure – conduct at least 5 weekly pitch meetings with decision-makers.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and attend relevant conferences, fairs, and industry events – minimum 1 event per month.
  • Manage and grow your B2B client portfolio; ensure monthly follow-ups for all active clients and report relationship evolution via CRM.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and ensure correct delivery of contracted solutions – minimum 20 personalized offers/month.
  • Prepare weekly commercial reports and maintain accurate client statuses in CRM.
  • Build and present your personal sales plan, with clear actions and objectives, aligned with Graphein’s direction – updated and reviewed quarterly.
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities monthly in meetings with the CEO, both in Romania and international markets.

Will include sales value and margin, retention and satisfaction rates, and other metrics defined during your onboarding.
